Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free to try

The Hobbyist tier is free, so you can evaluate KennelKeeper before paying anything. We recommend trying it before subscribing.

Subscription refunds

• You may cancel a subscription at any time, from Settings in the app (Manage Billing Portal) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If you're within 14 days of your first paid charge and unsatisfied, contact us for a full refund of that charge.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong and we'll work with you in good faith.

Your data on cancellation

Because KennelKeeper is local-first, cancelling does not erase your on-device records. You can continue to read and export your data in open formats after a subscription ends.

Email support@kennelkeeper.app from the address on your account with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
