Who is waiting, what they paid, and what the litter cost.
Every litter keeps a list of who is waiting on it. On the Breeder plan there is also a waitlist from first enquiry to going home, deposits logged as income as they arrive, and income and expenses tagged to the animal or litter they belong to.
What it does
Who is waiting on each litter
Each litterlitterfoaling keeps its own list, from enquiry to waitlist, deposit and going home, and warns you when more people are committed than there are puppieskittensfoals to go round.
A waitlist board
On Breeder, applicants move across a board from new to approved, deposit paid and assigned, with their contact details and what they are hoping for.
Deposits
Move someone to Deposit Paid, enter the amount, and it is logged as income. You take the money however you already do.
The books
On Breeder, income and expenses under the headings breeders use: sales, stud fees, show entries, health testing, feed, and mileage worked out by the mile. Tag each entry to an animal or a litter, and see the last twelve months at a glance.

The waitlist and the finances both export to CSV and Excel.
Which plans
Each litter's list of who is waiting is on every plan. The waitlist board, deposits and finances are on Breeder and Signature, and the waitlist needs you signed in, because it is kept in your account.

Can buyers pay a deposit through KennelKeeper?
No. Take the deposit the way you already do and record it in KennelKeeper, where it is logged as income.
Can my accountant have the figures?
Yes. The finances export to CSV and Excel, and on every plan the whole database exports to CSV or JSON.
